How long will my order take?
Most print and blank packaging orders will ship 7-10 days, subject to stock availability and order volume.
If your order requires labeling or custom design, this may extend the processing time. You can check the status of your order via support@the-elk.com, or by using the 'Track my Order' section from the bottom menu.
Can i get the design work done myself and save money?
Yes! If you have the facilities to produce your own artwork, we can simply print your labels, or produce your packaging. Please fill in the form here or reach our to us via support@the-elk.com.
Will i get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via e-mail once an order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Heavy or bulky items like glass jars and tins may be expensive to ship via air, but mylar bags and prints are very cheap to ship.
I don't want to pay up front, what if I don't like the design?
Our designers will work closely with you via your preferred contact method and your design will not be complete until you are happy!
