How long will my order take?
Most print and blank packaging orders will ship 7-14 days, subject to stock availability and order volume.
If your order requires labeling or custom design, this may extend the processing time. You can check the status of your order via support@the-elk.com.
Can i get the design work done myself and save money?
Yes! If you have the facilities to produce your own artwork, we can simply print your labels, or produce your packaging. Please fill in the form here or reach out to us via support@the-elk.com.
Will i get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via e-mail once an order has been shipped. You can track your order by visiting https://www.17track.net/en for the latest updates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Heavy or bulky items like glass jars and tins may be expensive to ship via air, but mylar bags and prints are very cheap to ship.
We offer shipping to most countries and regions globally. However, we are unable to ship to Israel, Palestine, Russia, and Ukraine at this time.
I don't want to pay up front, what if I don't like the design?
We recommend requesting free samples (shipping costs apply) before placing a bulk order, so you can check the final look of our products. Our designers will work closely with you using your preferred contact method, and we'll keep refining the design until you're satisfied!
